- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could givethis joke of a government agency negative stars I would. My husband and I go in last Thursday to get my last name changed, wait an hour for them to tell us we do not have the right documents. We find out what we need to bring for the next time, today, and wait 25 minutes for someone to tell us we still have the wrong documents. Absolutely outraged about the incompetent and apparently uneducated staff working here. We will be in again to see if we still can't get my last name changed.By Drew Watson, February 02, 2017
