  My office was hired as a vendor for service of process in California and this review is based upon that experience dealing with Ms. Schwartz and her staff. They were to overnight our office the documents for service. Unfortunately, they chose to use USPS instead of email or an overnight courier that allows for tracking of their package. The package arrived 4 days late. By the time we had the documents for service, we had received over 10 irrational phone calls and numerous emails from both their office and their client directly blaming us for the package not arriving. Once we received the documents, they were served within 8 hours and the client had their proof of service immediately the next morning. Our office prides ourselves on customer service and due to the lack of service Ms. Schwartz provided her client, we now have a negative review on the web. Upon alerting Ms Schwartz of this, no action was taken on her part to rectify the situation. If I were looking for an attorney in Roseburg, I would try to find an office that is more organized and concerned with their clients' cases.
