- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have not worked with Randy but I did call his office to schedule an appointment with an attorney. Just like the bellow review I spoke with Lisa Hancock his legal secretary. I have never in my life have spoken with a more rude , condescending , person. Lisa asked me to explain my situation and less then a minute into the narrative of my case, she rudely cut me off , and told me I wasted seven minutes of her time. On Randy's website he professes how his firm is respectful and willing to listen to smallest of inquiries with the utmost respect. Not true. After I ended my phone call with Lisa . I ended up crying , that's how unjustly treated I felt . It's unfortunate that some people gain self confidence and a false sense of power, by belittling and putting other people down. You just wouldn't expect this to happen in a place of expected professionalism, where your goal is to supposedly, help someone not hurt them.By Sarah Drake, February 14, 2017
