- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The tax preparer was un-organized and forgetful. She said she had 20 years experience but needed help from other preparers in the office to complete my taxes. She then did not file all the forms she was supposed to and now i have to wait another up to 12 weeks before i will get my return. Very poor service. Not what i expect when i pay over $300 for professional service. Save your money and stress and file your own taxes.By Katherine Hicks, February 11, 2017
